Aaron Cohen, President
A native Nevadan, Aaron was born in Carson City and raised in Las Vegas.  He is currently the President of the Nevada State Society and oversees all operations of the Society.   Professionally, Aaron is the Vice President of Government and Political Affairs at Kimbell & Associates, a full-service federal affairs and political strategy firm that specializes in the area of health care.  Prior to joining Kimbell & Associates, Aaron served for four years as the chief policy advisor to U.S. Senator John Ensign for all issues pertaining to health care, Social Security, and veterans’ affairs.  Aaron previously served as a policy advisor and state liaison on various issues for U.S. Senator Richard Bryan.  Preceding his service on Capitol Hill, he worked as a physical therapy technician for HealthSouth Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Aaron graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.

Courtney Albregts, Vice President
Courtney is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Las Vegas.  She currently serves as the Nevada State Society Vice President and is in charge of planning the Society’s events, such as i receptions and happy hours.  Courtney began her Washington career in January 2006 as intern for Senator John Ensign.  She has served as a staff assistant and senior legislative correspondent for Senator Ensign, handling federal budget, economic, tax, and judiciary issues.  Courtney currently serves as External Relations and Special Projects Coordinator for the Tax Foundation, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works to educate taxpayers about sound tax policy and the size of the tax burden borne by Americans at all levels of government.  She works to develop and strengthen the Tax Foundation's relationships on Capitol Hill, arranges meetings and other opportunities for the Tax Foundation's research to reach its intended audience on the national level, and coordinates events and special projects, including Tax Freedom Day.  Courtney graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

Ryan McGinness, Treasurer
A fourth generation Nevadan and a native of Fallon, Ryan moved to Washington, D.C., in 2001.  He has been a member of the Nevada State Society ever since and has held the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President.  He currently serves as the Society's Treasurer, handling membership dues from individuals and corporate members and ensuring that the bills get paid.  Having previously worked in campaign management and government consulting in Nevada, Ryan started his Washington career in the Office of Senator John Ensign in January 2001 and has since worked as a federal representative to both Governors Kenny Guinn and Jim Gibbons.  He opened his own consulting firm, District Strategies, in 2006.  Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Nevada and a Masters in Political Management from the George Washington University.

Don Tatro, Secretary
Don Tatro was born and raised in Carson City, Nevada.  He is the current Secretary of the Society and is in charge of membership.  Don currently serves as press secretary for Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK), though he began his Washington career as a staff assistant in the office of Senator John Ensign in 2005.   He served as Senator Ensign's Deputy Press Secretary for two years and worked on Ensign’s re-election campaign in 2006 where he traveled the entire state of Nevada.  Prior to his government service, Don worked in the private sector.
